Baby boomers today … have built up their asset or their nest egg over time and quite significantly. So we are seeing … this group funnelling the purchases of (their) kids.
On what renters should look out for when checking out potential units:
Observe whether there is physical damage to the properties that are structural. This means leakage … check whether there are wet spots, especially in the kitchen area and the toilets. Those are the things that one must put a bit more attention to.
